Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed the stay but the aging facilities were noticeable. The kitchen had the essentials, allowing us to whip up a quick breakfast. The pool area offered a nice retreat after exploring. Tip, consider other dining options beyond the onsite restaurant for more variety.

Clean rooms with great views of the ocean and Mount Teide. Kitchenette lacked some basic utensils and appliances, which made cooking less convenient.

great location but minor noise issues
The location is excellent as it is on the bus route to airports. The studio had a perfect size with a good layout and a lovely balcony view. Staff provided excellent customer service, especially the ladies at reception who were very helpful with tourist information.
Some noise from nearby establishments was noticeable at times.

The pool area is decent, with ample sunbeds that let you soak up the sun without a struggle. The location, while uphill, does grant some stunning views of the mountains in the distance, especially from the balconies that are reserved for some apartments, although the utility of those spaces might differ based on how they're furnished.
Let's talk about the dated aspects—many rooms are below par with old furniture that could use a good upgrade, making them feel more like a relic than a rental. The kitchenette setup felt a bit flimsy, lacking enough utensils and appliances. if you're planning a full meal, good luck with the limited gear. Now, the Wi-Fi? Forget it. it’s slower than a carbon scoring pod. And if you have some extra-sensitive ears, be prepared for noise issues from adjacent rooms. We’re talking sound travel like it was built with paper walls. The whole experience smells of either cleaning neglect or outdated maintenance—like, what’s the deal with that moldy ice box? It's hard to get comfy with such a hit-and-miss stay.

The balcony view from my studio was a highlight. I woke up to see the ocean and Mount Teide every morning, which made my stay feel special. The pool area offered a welcoming retreat with just enough sunbeds to lounge comfortably. I appreciated the decent kitchen setup, which allowed me to prepare some meals with ease. The daily cleaning service kept the space fairly tidy. the room showed signs of aging. the decor felt outdated. The kitchenette could've been better equipped for cooking, missing some essential utensils. I also noticed occasional noise from nearby rooms, which disturbed the otherwise relaxing atmosphere. Despite the minor inconveniences, the overall experience was enjoyable and decent for its price.

missingWrote a review on 29 Aprmountain viewsspacious studiosessential amenitiesoutdated furnishings
Stunning views of Mount Teide and the ocean enhance the whole experience, especially from the balconies equipped for some rooms. Spacious studios provide essential amenities like a coffee machine and a well-sized fridge, making it suitable for a laid-back holiday.
Room furnishings feel outdated with certain studios lacking sufficient charging outlets and the kitchen setups missing essential utensils for self-catering. Noise travels easily between rooms, making it tough to escape disturbances at night. Cleanliness occasionally misses the mark, with reports of unpleasant smells in some rooms that could hinder the overall comfort.

The charming pool area was a delightful retreat, with sun loungers providing plenty of space for relaxation under the sun. Plus, the helpfulness of the staff contributed greatly to my overall comfort during my stay.
Improved accessibility for seniors would be beneficial.
